Casio Baby-G G-MS MSG-W200CG-1AJF adalah jam tangan ‘JDM’ (Japan Domestic Market). Label ini mengindikasikan bahwa koleksi ini khusus dirilis untuk area Jepang dan tidak diedarkan di pasar global. Dilengkapi Tough Solar movement, Baby-G MSG-W200CG-1AJF tak perlu ganti baterai bila daya habis. Cukup gunakan cahaya apa pun untuk mengisi daya, mulai cahaya matahari hingga cahaya buatan. Power reserve yang dimiliki hingga 8 bulan (sejak pengisian penuh hingga jarum berhenti).

Koleksi MSG-W200CG-1AJF ini juga dilengkapi  fitur Multiband 6 yang memungkinkan kalibrasi waktu dengan jam atom melalui gelombang radio. Namun fitur ini hanya bisa dipakai di 6 pemancar jam atom dari 5 negara (Jepang, China, Inggris, Jerman, dan Amerika Serikat).
